The first dance is a ceremonial dance, though I can't recall what the drummer/narrator called it. The second is a hoop dance which really showed skill, especially at the end. The third shot is my favorite, though again, I can't recall what the drummer/narrator called this dance. At the end of the demonstrations the audience was invited to join the Cherokee dancers in a "friendship dance", which everyone did. Did I mention my husband is part Cherokee?    |
